Time has released behind-the-scenes Polaroids taken during the production of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Until digital cameras and printers replaced them, Polaroids were common tools used on movie and televisions sets which allowed different departments (production design, costume design, hair, makeup, etc.) to keep an eye on details and continuity throughout each production day.
